At Nutricrunz, we sell ready-to-eat food products (energy bars) that are consumable and perishable in nature. Due to strict hygiene, safety, and food quality standards, we follow a no-return and limited-refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns on Food Products

Once an order is delivered, returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to

  • Change of mind
  • Taste, texture, or personal preference
  • Product partially or fully consumed
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

This policy is in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations applicable in India.

No Refunds After Successful Delivery

We do not offer refunds once the order has been successfully delivered.

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction, delayed usage, or subjective reasons will not be accepted.

Exceptions (Limited Cases Only)

A replacement or refund may be offered if one of the below conditions are met

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect
  • A clear unboxing video is shared (from sealed package opening to product)
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and unopened

Requests that do not meet all the above conditions will be rejected without exception.

Replacement or Refund Process

If the request is approved after verification, Nutricrunz may, at its sole discretion

  • Provide a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non refundable Situation

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases

  • Product consumed, opened, or tampered with
  • Complaint raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Missing, unclear, or edited unboxing video
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • Cancellation requests after dispatch are not eligible for a refund
